Thank you to everyone who supported me through my ‘5k a day to the runway’ running challenge, my final total was a staggering 190 kilometres in 30 days
.
The runway race was unfortunately postponed until September, however we travelled to Newcastle for a final 5k.
Your kindness and generosity have been a real encouragement and sustained me through the tougher days of running.
Thank you to those who joined me on runs and to those who sent messages of encouragement and support.
Thank you to my husband Andrew for being my number one fan every step of the challenge.
To JacquiB for your constant friendship, and for starting and finishing this challenge with me.
To my family, friends and Portadown Running Club for your support throughout, I really appreciate you all!
Thank you to the team at Milne Funeral Services for your help to set up and manage the donation collection page.
I hope that the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland will benefit from the donations raised.
The challenge has included smiles, laughter, lots of chat, lots of fab post run feeds, and adventures.
It has also included alot of emotion, tears and tough days, however I am reminded this has all been for a wonderful charity in memory of my very special and much loved father in law, Ian Milne.
Thank you all once again,
Sarah.
